We are seeking an exceptional Cook to join our team at Vallarta Supermarkets. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking all menu items from scratch, ensuring consistency in quality and appearance according to company recipes.

About the Role

This is a fast-paced environment where you will be working with a variety of ingredients and cooking techniques to deliver high-quality dishes to our customers. You will be responsible for greeting customers with a smile and providing extraordinary customer service, responding to requests and meeting the goals and objectives of the department.

Requirements and Qualifications
  • You must enjoy working with the public and have good communication skills.
  • You must have a friendly, courteous attitude and provide excellent customer service.
  • You must exhibit a responsible, professional, and positive attitude towards the job, co-workers, and customers.
  • You must follow and promote company safety policies and use equipment safely.
  • You must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, and transfer to other locations within a reasonable commute of home store.
  • You must meet the physical requirements of the job and have 6 months to 1 year of cooking experience (a plus but not required).
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $18.36-$18.92 per hour, depending on experience. Our benefits package includes opportunities for growth and development, as well as a fun and dynamic work environment.
