**Job Title:** Senior Category Manager
**Estimated Salary:** $120,000 - $180,000 per year

About the Position:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Category Manager to join our team at Murphy USA. This individual will be responsible for leading our Fresh Food business, developing and executing category plans, and driving sales growth.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement strategic plans to drive sales growth and improve profitability.
  2. Analyze market trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape to inform category decisions.
  3. Negotiate supplier agreements to optimize costs and maintain product quality.
  4. Present reports to senior leadership on category performance and key metrics.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in category management, preferably in the QSR, convenience store, food & beverage, or multi-unit retail industry.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth, improving profitability, and enhancing customer satisfaction.
  • Strong analytical skills, with ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to influence others across the organization.
