General Internal Medicine Clinician-Educator Position

We are seeking a dedicated clinician educator to join our team at the University of California, San Francisco's Division of General Internal Medicine at the Zuckerberg San Francisco General Hospital and Trauma Center.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality patient care in an academic primary care setting, with a focus on vulnerable populations.
- Supervise residents and precepting sessions, with a minimum of 2 half-days per week.
- Participate in departmental research and contribute to the development of new knowledge and policy to improve care for underserved populations.
- Collaborate with faculty and staff to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
- Board certification in Internal Medicine (or eligibility).
- Valid California medical license and DEA license.
- At least 2 years of experience in primary care.
- Strong commitment to teaching and clinical role.
- Experience working in a safety net setting and with vulnerable populations (strongly preferred).
