About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a caregiver for individuals with disabilities. As a support worker, you will play a vital role in ensuring the well-being and independence of our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist clients with all aspects of home and community life, including personal hygiene and dressing
  • Ensure consistent safety and provide a healthy and professional friendship
  • Schedule, attend, and report on medical and therapeutic appointments
  • Shop, cook, and clean with the client
  • Encourage regular exercise, socialization, and entertainment
Requirements
  • High school or GED equivalent
  • Two years (preferred) experience working with disabilities, but not required
  • Driver's License required | reliable transportation | proof of insurance
  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Provide a letter from a person or employer verifying your field experience
