About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Physical Therapist to join our team at BAYADA Home Health Care. As a Home Health Therapist, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients, providing personalized care and support in the comfort of their own homes.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement individualized care plans tailored to each client's unique needs and goals
  • Provide hands-on physical therapy interventions, including manual therapeutic exercises, gait training, and balance assessments
  • Collaborate with nursing and other interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive care
  • Educate clients and their families on rehabilitative care and activities necessary for optimal health and independence

Requirements

  • Degree from a program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association or Committee on Allied Health Education and Accreditation
  • Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in New Jersey
  • Minimum one year of recent work experience as a Physical Therapist
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Solid computer skills and prior experience with electronic medical records preferred
