About the Role

As an ABA Behavior Technician, you will work under the guidance of a program supervisor to deliver direct Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) treatment services to children diagnosed with Autism. Your primary responsibilities will include conducting sessions in various settings, instructing clients on essential skills, and addressing challenging behaviors. You will also collect, organize, and summarize behavioral data related to the child's treatment goals.

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Part-time schedules starting from 3:00pm – flexibility for those juggling between school
  • Childcare experience required
  • Bilingual Spanish or Vietnamese needed
