Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Appointment Scheduling Professional to join our team. As an Appointment Scheduling Professional, you will be responsible for scheduling patient appointments, managing pre-certification processes, and communicating with patients about their procedures and tests. This role requires strong organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. The estimated salary for this role is $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience. Benefits include health, dental, and vision insurance, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.

Key Responsibilities

As an Appointment Scheduling Professional, your primary responsibilities will include:
  1. scheduling patient appointments and managing pre-certification processes
  2. communicating with patients regarding their procedures and tests
  3. collecting insurance information and patient personal data
  4. performing other duties as assigned by management


Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must meet the following requirements:
  • have a high school diploma or equivalent
  • possess 2 years of related experience in a healthcare environment
