We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team at KurzSolutions. As a Physical Therapist, you will play a vital role in helping patients recover from injuries, illnesses, or surgeries. Your expertise will be essential in developing and implementing treatment plans that promote optimal physical function and overall well-being.

Responsibilities
  • Plan, review, and implement treatment programs based on initial and interim evaluations.
  • Communicate and collaborate with patients, family members, caregivers, and interdisciplinary professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Adapt assessment tools and treatments to meet the unique needs of each patient, demonstrating clinical reasoning and expertise.
  • Document patient progress and treatment plans in medical records.
  • Monitor patient response to interventions and modify treatment plans as needed to achieve short-term and long-term goals.
  • Provide consultation and clinical oversight to peers and other staff members.
  • Develop home programs for patients and instruct them on implementation.
Requirements
  • Graduate from a Physical Therapy program.
  • Current license as a Physical Therapist or ability to obtain in the state of Washington.
  • Meet Clinical Competency requirements.
  • Current CPR certification preferred but not required.
