POSITION: EXPRESS WASH SHIFT LEADER

OVERVIEW:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Lead and mentor a team of guest service advisors, ensuring they receive the support and feedback needed to excel and meet company standards.
  2. Manage daily operations during your shifts, including all opening and closing tasks.
  3. Foster genuine connections with our guests by delivering outstanding service and operational excellence at every interaction.
  4. Monitor car wash processes and equipment to guarantee proper functionality, cleanliness, and safety compliance, addressing any issues promptly.
  5. Train new employees on car wash protocols, safety measures, and customer service expectations.
  6. Uphold safety standards and ensure compliance with company policies to maintain a secure work environment.
  7. Guide guests through the car wash process with a friendly demeanor.
  8. Assist with daily maintenance and upkeep of the facility.
  9. Adhere to all company policies, safety procedures, and brand standards.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

  1. At least 1 year of experience in a leadership or supervisory role within the car wash, automotive service, or a related field.
  2. Must be at least 18 years of age.
  3. A personable demeanor with strong communication, leadership, and team-building abilities.
  4. Exceptional customer service skills.
  5. A willingness to learn, inspire others, and develop new competencies.
  6. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the capacity to prioritize tasks effectively.
  7. Operate with integrity and respect.
  8. Commitment to maintaining company values and fostering a positive workplace culture.
  9. Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
  10. Fluency in English.
  11. Availability for flexible scheduling, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  12. Successful completion of a pre-employment background check.
  13. Basic knowledge of maintenance tools and equipment.
