Job Summary

The Retail Merchandising Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and executing merchandising projects in retail stores. This includes building relationships with in-store management, completing projects accurately and on time, and taking photos and reporting work on our company app.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work with a variety of in-store products, including new item cut-ins, audits, stocking, inventory, and resets.
  • Complete projects independently, with flexibility to set own schedule for most projects.
  • Participate in resets that require specific dates and times.
  • Take photos and report work on company app.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent, with relevant years of experience.
  • Experience in retail, merchandising, and/or stocking.
  • Problem-solving and service-oriented attitude.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule.
  • Ability to operate company app on iOS or Android.
  • Current, valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Ability to work alone or in a team environment.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English.

Compensation

Pay is based on project rates ranging from $14-$17 per hour, with higher rates for complex projects and client allowances.
