Job Summary

We are seeking a Sales Associate to join our team at Sunglass Hut. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, building strong relationships with customers, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a personalized and unique shopping experience for each customer.
  • Build strong relationships with customers, fostering brand loyalty and driving repeat business.
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales targets, through effective sales techniques and a strong understanding of our products.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store displays, ensuring a visually appealing and engaging store environment.
  • Contribute to a positive store culture, fostering strong relationships with colleagues and management.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Self-motivation and a drive to meet sales targets.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
