Key Responsibilities- Supervise and Manage Cleaning Crews: Oversee the daily activities of multiple cleaning crews, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Lead by Example: Demonstrate strong leadership skills, setting a positive tone for your team and promoting a culture of excellence.
- Maintain Budget and Building Criteria: Work closely with our operations manager to ensure that all facilities are maintained within budget and meet our high standards for cleanliness and maintenance.
- Team Collaboration: Foster strong relationships with area supervisors, operations manager, customer concierge, and other key team members to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Enforce Policies and Conduct: Uphold our company's policies and procedures, ensuring that all team members are aware of and adhere to our standards.
- Inspections and Maintenance: Conduct regular inspections to ensure that facilities are maintained to our high standards, and perform routine maintenance tasks as needed.
- Document Reports: Accurately document all reports, including inspections, maintenance, and any issues that may arise.
- Previous Supervisory Experience: A minimum of 20+ years of experience in a supervisory role, with a proven track record of success.
- Dependability and Honesty: A strong sense of dependability and honesty, with a commitment to upholding our company's values and standards.
- Reliable Transportation: A reliable vehicle and a valid driver's license, with a clean driving record.
- Background Check: A willingness to undergo a background check, as required by our company.
