Role Summary:
We are currently in search of a Procurement Specialist to enhance our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain organization and demonstrate the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively under pressure.
  • Execute purchase orders and ensure their accuracy.
  • Monitor and expedite orders as needed to adhere to timelines.
  • Keep the Production Manager updated on all relevant activities or issues.
  • Establish a systematic and precise method for tracking all active purchase orders.
  • Experience with SAGE 100 software or similar platforms is highly advantageous.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word/Excel).
  • Compensation: $24 to $35 per hour, commensurate with experience and role.
