Certified Nursing Assistant

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team at Freedom Staffing LLC. As a Caregiver in a skilled nursing environment, you will provide exceptional care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and personal hygiene, as needed.
- Participate in the care and rehabilitation of residents, including ambulation, bowel and bladder retraining, and grooming.
- Assist with oral hygiene, including denture care, and ensure residents have fresh ice water at all times.
- Respond promptly to call bells and assist residents with transfers and repositioning.
- Complete accurate patient care records and participate in the reporting process.
- Contribute to the overall cleanliness and organization of the patient unit and hallways.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the charge nurse.
Requirements:
- Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Compassion and empathy for residents with varying physical and emotional needs.
