Alumni Engagement Specialist

The Alumni Engagement Specialist plays a pivotal role in enhancing the connection between the facility and its alumni community. This position focuses on developing and executing outreach initiatives that foster strong relationships with former clients.

• Collaborate with leadership to create a comprehensive alumni engagement strategy, including event planning, newsletters, and both virtual and in-person gatherings.
• Facilitate the growth of alumni referrals and manage the alumni engagement platform, ensuring it remains a valuable resource for all participants.
• Establish and oversee an alumni committee to drive program development and enhance community involvement.
• Organize and promote alumni events, such as reunions and recreational activities, ensuring effective communication within alumni networks.
• Maintain accurate alumni records and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Implement a multi-channel communication system to support ongoing alumni engagement and feedback.
• Monitor and document outreach efforts, utilizing data management tools for effective tracking.
• Create engaging content for social media and web platforms to connect with the alumni community.
• Support the admissions process by encouraging alumni referrals and participation in outreach initiatives.
• Evaluate the success of alumni programs through surveys and feedback, making necessary adjustments to enhance effectiveness.

Candidates should possess a minimum of one year of experience in the addiction or mental health treatment sector. A valid driver's license and a clean driving record are essential, along with access to reliable transportation.
