- Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of patients to identify their unique needs and develop effective treatment strategies
- Active, unrestricted, or compact Registered Nurse license
- Proficiency in IV administration
- 1-5 years of experience as a RN, preferably in a mental health or addiction treatment setting
- Demonstrated adaptability and willingness to adjust to varying situations
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
