About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team at Dial Silvercrest Corp. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our residents, promoting their independence and well-being.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care services, assistance, and support to residents, as delegated by RNs.
  • Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, eating, hygiene, and mobility.
  • Monitor the health, safety, and well-being of residents, reporting any concerns to supervisors.
  • Document resident information, including changes in functional status, personal needs, and appointments.
  • Respond to resident emergencies, providing first-aid assistance and arranging for medical attention as needed.
  • Perform minor housekeeping tasks, such as laundry and cleaning residents' apartments.
  • Encourage socialization among residents and promote activities, assisting with events as requested.
Requirements
  • At least one year of experience as a CNA.
  • Certified Nurse's Aide Certification.
  • Basic First Aid Training.
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Experience working with older adults.
