Job Title: Table Games Specialist

About the Role:

The Table Games Specialist is a critical member of our casino operations team, responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of table games. This includes protecting company assets by adhering to internal control policies and procedures, as well as providing exceptional customer service.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Conduct table game operations with strict adherence to internal control policies and procedures.
  • Ensure proper documentation of presented pit paperwork.
  • Verify accuracy of table bank.
  • Explain rules and answer questions for guests.
  • Notify shift supervisor of irregularities in customer play.
Working Conditions:

This role requires the ability to stand for 60 minutes at a time, reach across tables, deal cards, and perform basic mathematical functions. Physical mobility is also required, with reasonable accommodations available.
