About the Role
Cleveland Clinic is seeking a skilled Advanced Practice Provider to deliver high-quality patient care on an inpatient unit. As a member of our team, you will work closely with healthcare professionals to assess patient needs, develop effective treatment plans, and collaborate with specialists as needed. Your expertise will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless transitions of care and promoting positive patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate patients' conditions and develop personalized treatment plans.
  • Conduct thorough medical histories and perform physical examinations.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Initiate lab tests and procedures as needed.
  • Prescribe and monitor medications according to established protocols.
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families.
  • Maintain accurate records and participate in quality monitoring initiatives.
  • Ensure continuity of care and facilitate efficient transitions.
  • Promote evidence-based practices and contribute to ongoing research and development.
Requirements:
  • MSN or Master's degree in Physician Assistant Studies required.
  • Current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner, Clinical Nurse Specialist, or Physician Assistant in applicable state(s).
  • National certification in your field of practice.
  • Related clinical experience preferred.
