Key Responsibilities

  • Client Consultation: Interact with clients to evaluate their insurance needs and provide customized recommendations.
  • Inbound Support: Respond to client inquiries efficiently, delivering accurate information and resolving any issues.
  • Policy Development: Create insurance plans that align with the specific needs and financial objectives of clients.
  • Client Loyalty: Cultivate lasting relationships with clients to ensure their continued satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Industry Knowledge: Keep updated on insurance trends and regulations to provide informed advice.

Qualifications

  • Licensing: Texas General Lines Property & Casualty License is required.
  • Experience: Previous experience in insurance sales or customer service is preferred.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and team members.
  • Customer Orientation: A solid commitment to understanding and meeting customer needs.
  • Professional Conduct: Maintain a high standard of professionalism in all interactions, representing the company with integrity.
