About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Life Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating profitable advanced life sales from agencies in their assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities
- Makes systematic calls on agents to aid them in sales, underwriting, and education
- Communicates company philosophy, policy, and methods to the agency force
- Attends and participates in periodical sales and educational meetings for the agency force
- Responsible for production of all life products sold by the company
- Assists and trains agencies in using our Company intranet website and life illustration software
- Maintains call reports and/or software system

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field required
- Typically requires 3+ years of sales experience in the assigned territory
- Life Insurance Producers license, Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU), Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFc) or Certified Financial Planner (CFP) preferred
