Famous Dave's is seeking a highly skilled and organized Catering Team Member to join our team. As a Catering Team Member, you will be responsible for assisting in the preparation, setup, and cleanup of all food and service items for deliveries and catered events.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and set up catering events, ensuring all necessary items are present and in good condition.
  • Confirm order details and timing with clients to ensure seamless execution.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, serving and suggesting drinks, appetizers, entrees, and desserts in a friendly and timely manner.
  • Ensure catering and delivery orders are accurate and meet the high standards of Famous Dave's.
  • Represent the Famous Dave's brand in a positive and professional manner.
  • Perform side duties, including answering phones, bussing tables, washing dishes, cleaning workstations, rolling silverware, expediting orders, and running food.
  • Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.

Key Qualifications

  • High school graduate or equivalent preferred.
  • Previous server or restaurant experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and under pressure.
  • Valid driver's license preferred.
