Position Overview:

This role involves traveling within the designated areas to fulfill two primary functions: capturing high-quality photographs and 3D tours of various properties (including homes, condominiums, and townhomes) and managing the installation and removal of essential hardware (such as lockboxes, Kwikset door locks, and signage).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct photography and 3D tours of properties with a keen eye for detail.
  • Perform installations and removals of lockboxes, door locks, and signage as required.
  • Ensure timely uploading of images to our platform.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Part-time availability with a flexible schedule.
  • Ownership of digital photography equipment and reliable internet access.
  • Previous photography experience, particularly in the real estate sector, is essential.
  • Willingness to travel within the specified areas and possess dependable transportation.
  • Capability to handle installation and removal tasks for hardware.
