Clinical Pharmacist Bone Marrow Transplant Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Pharmacist to join our team in Gainesville, FL. As a Clinical Pharmacist, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive clinical pharmacy services for the TCT clinic.
Responsibilities:
- Provide clinical pharmacy services for the TCT clinic, including coordination and application of anti-neoplastic and immunomodulating medications.
- Serve as a resource for the BMT/Cellular Therapy team, interdisciplinary team, and other pharmacists.
- Participate in multi-disciplinary rounds, including pharmacokinetic and therapeutic consultation.
Requirements:
- Board-Certified Oncology Pharmacist (BCOP) certification.
- Residency in oncology and recent experience in an acute hospital setting.
- Oncology experience and prior experience working in a Transplant & Cellular Therapy (TCT) / Bone Marrow Transplant (BMT) / Blood and Marrow transplant program.
- Willingness to consider candidates without BCOP certification but open to obtaining it.
- Florida Pharmacy License or in process with an ETA for receipt.
- Bachelor's Degree (BS Pharm) or Doctor of Pharmacy Degree (PharmD) with ASHP residency preferred.
