Salary

We offer a guaranteed base pay in excess of $200,000 with uncapped earning potential. This includes a sign-on bonus, student loan repayment assistance, no lab fees, and participation in medical/dental/vision insurance plans, HSA/FSA.

Job Description

We are seeking a Traveling Associate Dentist to join our growing team. As an associate dentist, you will provide dental services to patients with the support of your team. Our practice has state-of-the-art equipment, including DentaPro software, digital x-ray and Panorex units, fiber-optic handpieces, and yearly OSHA and HIPPA training.

Responsibilities:

  • Providing dental services to patients with the support of your team
  • Working with children and adults, primarily ages 3-21, with up to 30% adult population depending on location
  • Managing patient flow, averaging 10-12 operative patients and 20-25 hygiene patients
  • Handling various insurance plans, including state insurance plans, PPO, and out-of-network payors

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Degree from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation
  • Current, valid license to practice dentistry in states where providing care or eligible for licensure
  • Certifications as required, including CPR, DEA, and Nitrous Oxide certification (for LA, MS, DC, TX, MA)

Location

This is a traveling associate dentist role based in Falls Church, VA, with scheduled travel to offices in Winchester, VA, Washington, DC, or Fredericksburg, VA. VISA and Green Card sponsorship are available.
