Job Title: Social Bay Concierge

About the Role:
At Dave & Buster's, we're looking for a Social Bay Concierge to create unforgettable experiences for our Guests. As a Concierge, you'll guide groups through deciding on the best games to play, provide tips and tricks, and ensure they have an amazing time in our interactive Social Bays.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional Guest service by providing personalized attention and creating a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Collaborate with the Service Team to ensure prompt and attentive beverage and food service.
  • Support Guests with any service and basic technical questions, and alert the Amusement Team when assistance is needed.
  • Reset and clean Social Bays to approved standards after use, and complete any required side work to support set-up and break-down.
  • Adhere to company sanitation procedures and follow alcohol awareness protocols.
  • Assess Guest demeanor and identify when behavior should be called to the attention of a Manager.
  • Assist other Team Members as needed, and maintain a favorable working relationship with all company Team Members.

Requirements:
  • Must be skilled in effectively communicating with Guests to generate enthusiasm about the D&B experience.
  • Must be able to read and communicate in English.
  • Dressed in proper dress code requirements, looking neat, clean, and professional at all times.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.

Physical Demands:
  • Work days, nights, and/or weekends as required.
  • Work in a noisy, fast-paced environment with distracting conditions.
  • Read and write handwritten notes.
  • Lift and carry up to 30 pounds.
  • Move about the facility and stand for long periods of time.
  • Walk or stand 100% of shift.
  • Reach, bend, and stoop frequently.
