About the Role:

As a Beauty Advisor at Sephora, you will be the face of our brand, helping clients discover their unique beauty potential. You will be part of a dynamic team that values creativity, passion, and a love for beauty. Your role will be to create personalized experiences for every client, understanding their beauty goals and recommending products that help them look and feel their best.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide Expert Beauty Consultations: Offer personalized advice on makeup techniques, skincare routines, and product recommendations.
  • Stay Current with Beauty Trends: Stay up-to-date on the latest beauty trends, products, and techniques to provide expert advice to clients.
  • Deliver Exceptional Client Service: Create a welcoming and inclusive environment for all clients, ensuring they feel valued and supported.
  • Participate in Sales and Promotional Events: Be part of exciting sales events and promotions, driving sales and increasing brand awareness.
  • BOPIS and Client Service: Provide excellent client service when clients arrive to pick up their orders, ensuring a seamless experience.
  • Maintain Store Environment: Help maintain a clean, well-stocked, and smoothly operating store, ensuring a positive experience for clients and colleagues alike.
Qualifications/Experience:
  • Prior equivalent work experience, preferably in retail or a related field.
  • Passion for client service and beauty, with a strong desire to help others feel confident and beautiful.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Resilience and adaptability, with the ability to react to situations in the moment.
  • Flexible availability to work during peak retail hours, with a commitment to consistent and reliable attendance.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds, with a focus on maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
