About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Pavement Maintenance Technician to join our team at Brazen Ventures LLC. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and safety of our pavement maintenance projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate equipment to perform line painting, asphalt crack-filling, and sealcoating, as well as power washing and epoxy flooring.
  • Plan and facilitate the production of high-quality projects, ensuring timely completion and customer satisfaction.
  • Communicate job status daily with the Operations Manager, providing updates on project progress and any challenges encountered.
  • Maintain a safe and hazard-free work environment, adhering to company safety protocols and regulations.
  • Perform additional tasks as required to support the success of the team.
Requirements
  • A valid VA driver's license with a clean driving record and a reliable mode of transportation.
  • Self-motivation, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and unsupervised.
  • Punctuality, organization, and attention to detail, with the ability to work in a physically demanding role with frequent walking, bending, and lifting (up to 75lbs).
  • Past experience with small engines and/or paint sprayers is an asset, as is an Engineering educational background.
