Job Summary

The Management Trainee is a full-time, entry-level position in the management career path. The trainee will be responsible for learning total store operations, with the ultimate goal of moving up the ladder into a management position.

Key Responsibilities
  • Learning total store operations, including sales, freight handling, and inventory management
  • Creating material estimates from blueprints and maintaining store inventory
  • Operating forklifts and handling freight
  • Managing payroll, invoicing, and inventory systems
  • Interpreting and analyzing financial reports
  • Responding to customer inquiries and complaints
Requirements
