Kaiser Permanente seeks a skilled Clinical Psychologist to join our team in San Francisco, California. As a licensed psychologist, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive assessments and treatment plans for individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other neurodevelopmental disorders.

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced psychologist to work in a collaborative environment with our multidisciplinary team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of ASD and related conditions. You will work closely with patients, families, and healthcare providers to develop individualized treatment plans and provide evidence-based interventions.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments, including diagnostic interviews, behavioral observations, and standardized tests
  • Develop and implement treatment plans that address cognitive, emotional, and behavioral needs
  • Provide individual and group therapy sessions to promote social skills, emotional regulation, and adaptive behaviors
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure seamless care coordination and effective communication
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient progress and treatment outcomes

Requirements

  • Ph.D./Psy.D. in Clinical Psychology or related field from an accredited institution
  • California license as a psychologist within 6 months of hire
  • Experience working with individuals with ASD and other neurodevelopmental disorders
  • Strong knowledge of assessment instruments and treatment approaches for ASD
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
