Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sanitation Associate to join our team at FreshRealm. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the cleanliness and sanitation of our facilities and equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Protect products from contamination while completing assigned tasks
  • Ensure cleaning is done correctly and efficiently
  • Inspect equipment before and after cleaning for any possible contamination
  • Report any acts or conditions that may place our product at risk
  • Responsible for learning and following safety rules
  • Responsible for ensuring that technicians follow safety rules
  • Follow LOTO Procedures when necessary
  • Perform all other duties as assigned
Requirements
  • Must be able to bend and lift up to 49 pounds repetitively
  • Must be able to stand and/or sit for extended periods of time
  • Exposure to temperatures that range from freezing to sub-freezing (coolers, freezers, etc.)
  • Must be able to push, pull, squat, bend, and reach above and below shoulders. Repetitive use of hands.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 6+ months experience in a manufacturing environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent
