Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and administer nursing services in alignment with best practices for pediatric patients.
- Provide clinical oversight and mentorship to medical assistants, ensuring high standards of care.
- Demonstrate proficiency in managing the health needs of children with special requirements, including those reliant on medical technology.
- Conduct routine and emergency procedures, such as venipuncture and tracheostomy care, with a focus on patient safety and comfort.
- Manage patient scheduling and perform essential administrative tasks to support clinic operations.
- Engage in continuous self-assessment to enhance clinical skills and address learning needs.
- Maintain professional conduct and accountability in all interactions, adhering to nursing standards and regulations.
- Participate in nursing committees and contribute to the development of best practices within the organization.
- Ensure compliance with all licensure and educational requirements as mandated by healthcare regulations.

Qualifications:
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Current Registered Nurse License in New Jersey.
- AHA BLS Provider Certification.
- Preferred: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) and experience with medically complex pediatric patients.
