Job Title: Travel Labor and Delivery Nurse

We are seeking a skilled Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse to join our team on a travel contract basis. As a Labor and Delivery Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will have a strong background in Labor and Delivery nursing, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will be responsible for assessing patient needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:
  • Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
  • Provide high-quality patient care in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
  • Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay current with best practices and industry developments
Requirements:
  • Current RN licensure in the state of Illinois
  • At least 2 years of experience as a Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
