CNC Machinist

We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to join our team at Precision Machine Works Inc. As a CNC Machinist, you will be responsible for programming, setting up, and operating computer numerical control (CNC) machines to produce high-quality machined parts.

• Plan and program machining operations by studying work orders, blueprints, and engineering plans to ensure accurate and efficient production.
• Set up and operate CNC machines, including mills and lathes, to produce machined parts with precision and quality.
• Verify settings and measurements to ensure compliance with international standards and quality assurance procedures.
• Maintain equipment and tools, including preventive maintenance and troubleshooting, to ensure optimal performance.
• Document production and quality logs to track progress and identify areas for improvement.

• Strong understanding of CNC machining principles and operations.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, engineering plans, and work orders.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
