About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Healthcare Administrative Specialist to join our team at St. Joseph's Hospital in Fayetteville. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, and delivering exceptional patient care.

Your primary responsibilities will include scheduling appointments, preparing and maintaining records, collecting payment from patients, responding to phone calls and messages, and collaborating with other staff members to achieve common goals.

A successful candidate will possess excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. They will also be proficient in using standard office software, including Microsoft Office and electronic medical records systems.

The estimated salary range for this position is $19.50-$24.60 per hour, based on your level of experience and qualifications.
