Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chef Manager to join our team at Aramark. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading our kitchen operations, developing and implementing menu plans, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage kitchen personnel, including training and development
  • Develop and implement menu plans, including recipe selection and pricing
  • Estimate food consumption and requisition or purchase food
  • Ensure proper equipment operation and maintenance, and maintain a safe and clean kitchen environment
  • Oversee special catering events and provide culinary instruction and demonstrations

Requirements
  • 2-3 years of experience in a related position
  • 2-3 years of post-high school education or equivalent experience
  • Culinary degree preferred
  • Advanced knowledge of food principles and practices
  • Experiential knowledge of management and problem-solving
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
