We are seeking a dynamic and innovative individual to join our faculty as a Professor of Ecology. The successful candidate will teach introductory and upper-level ecology courses, coordinate the multi-section ecology course for Biology majors, and contribute to the department's commitment to excellence in undergraduate and graduate instruction.
Responsibilities:- Teach undergraduate level courses and laboratories
- Coordinate the multi-section ecology course for Biology majors
- Contribute to the department's commitment to excellence in undergraduate and graduate instruction
- PhD in a relevant discipline by July 15, 2024
- Commitment to excellence in undergraduate and graduate instruction
- Ability to collaborate with faculty and graduate students
- Proven record of teaching excellence
- Experience in a University setting
- Experience coordinating Graduate teaching assistants
