Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and flexible Registered Nurse to support our Clinical Support Unit (CSU). As a Clinical Support Specialist, you will provide high-quality patient care and support to various departments and units within our health system.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional patient care and support to patients and families in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care and efficient unit operations.
  • Float to various units and departments to provide support and coverage as needed.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with colleagues, patients, and families to ensure a positive and supportive work environment.
Requirements
  • Current RN licensure from the State of Practice.
  • 1 year of RN experience, preferably in a service line you will support.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification Provider Certified through American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
