The Role

We are seeking a skilled Structural Engineer to join our team. As a Structural Engineer at Clayco, you will work closely with our in-house Development, Architecture, and Construction teams to provide structural design and quality assurance for industrial projects nationwide.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve structural design issues.
  • Develop and implement structural design solutions that meet project requirements and client expectations.
  • Conduct site visits to ensure quality control and identify potential construction issues.
  • Build relationships with field staff and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and project success.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or Architectural Engineering with a structural emphasis.
  • Master's degree with a structural emphasis preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
