We are seeking a skilled Automotive Technician to join our team at CrossFire Group. As a Trim Team Member, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and functionality of our vehicles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Disassemble and organize interior dash and door components, as well as exterior doors, hoods, and trim.
  • Read and follow assembly guidelines provided by OEM service engineers.
  • Reassemble interior components and fit exterior components such as doors and trim.
  • Inspect incoming and outgoing vehicles with a keen eye for detail.
  • Conduct test drives and functionality tests on vehicles.
  • Document and report any additional issues to the Team Leader/Manager promptly.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Requirements:

  • Valid driver's license.
  • High-energy individual with a strong work ethic and a desire to succeed.
  • Basic computer operation skills and familiarity with common applications.

Physical Demands:

  • Ability to lift between 5 – 50 lbs.

Working Conditions:

  • Moderate to high level of physical activity required.
