Woodworking Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Carpenter to join our team at All American Do It Center. This is a full-time position in Tomah, Mauston, New Lisbon area.

This Carpenter role involves performing high-quality construction carpentry as required on the job site. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in carpentry and be able to work independently with excellent customer service skills.

• Deliver exceptional customer service to clients and colleagues alike.
• Travel from site to site as necessary, adhering to project schedules and deadlines.
• Collaborate effectively with other team members, following direction and contributing to a positive work environment.
• Possess strong problem-solving abilities, ensuring quality results and meeting project requirements.
• Comply with all training and safety protocols, maintaining a safe working environment.
• Develop skills necessary to complete tasks efficiently and effectively.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

• 1-2 years of prior carpentry experience preferred.
• High School diploma or GED is desired.
• Proven ability to work independently, problem-solve, and deliver high-quality results.

The estimated salary range for this position is $45,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
