Job Summary

CrossMed Allied is seeking a skilled Travel CT Technologist to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare staff, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and operating medical imaging equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate CT scanners and other medical imaging equipment to produce high-quality diagnostic images.
  • Prepare patients for procedures, including explaining the process and positioning them for optimal image capture.
  • Administer contrast agents and medications as ordered by physicians.
  • Monitor patients' responses to interventions and report outcomes to healthcare teams.
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective treatment plans.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to strict safety protocols and infection control guidelines.
  • Transport patients as needed and provide general support to healthcare teams.
Requirements
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in CT scanning or a related field.
  • Graduate from an accredited school of radiologic technology or a related field.
  • Certifications may be required based on facility requirements.
  • Physical abilities to remain in a stationary position, move and lift equipment, push, bend, and pull.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with physicians and other healthcare team members.
