Bell Attendant

Marriott International, Inc is seeking a skilled Bell Person to join our team at The Ritz-Carlton Oahu Turtle Bay. As a Bell Person, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their stay with us is memorable and enjoyable.

• Greet and escort guests to their rooms, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience.
• Open doors and assist guests/visitors entering and leaving the property, providing directions and information about property amenities and services.
• Transport guest luggage to and from guest rooms and/or designated bell area, ensuring timely and efficient service.
• Assist with luggage storage and retrieval, maintaining a high level of organization and attention to detail.
• Provide exceptional service to guests, anticipating their needs and exceeding their expectations.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• No related work experience necessary, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, providing exceptional service to guests in a timely and efficient manner.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and colleagues.

• A competitive hourly rate of $14.00 to $17.17 per hour.
