We are seeking a highly skilled Audio Content Creator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing engaging content strategies to drive audience growth and retention. Responsibilities
The successful candidate will have the following responsibilities:
- Create original content for all social media platforms
- Manage online personality presence
- Protect the station's FCC license
- Monitor music and commercial logs for the airshift
- Execute promotions and contests properly
- Operate the control board and perform production work
- Make personal appearances at station events and remote broadcasts
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you must have:
- Excellent communication and creative skills
- Solid production skills and working knowledge of studio audio equipment
- Strong understanding of the format and audience
- Excellent on-air voice and demonstrated track record
- A valid driver's license and satisfactory completion of a motor vehicle record check (if applicable)
