Requirements
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Maryland or eligibility to practice due to Compact state agreements.
  • Minimum of 12 months of experience in a comparable setting, with a strong focus on clinical expertise and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
  • Proficiency in electronic medical records and other healthcare software systems.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in a Magnet-designated facility or a similar academic medical center.
  • ICU experience or a strong background in critical care nursing.
  • Leadership experience, including charge nurse or preceptor roles.
  • Membership in a professional organization, such as the American Nurses Association.
