Responsibilities:

• Provide nursing care to residents under the direction of a supervisor and as prescribed by the physician and in accordance with standards of nursing practices and regulations.
• Assess patient needs, develop and implement individualized care plans, and evaluate patient progress.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient care.

Qualifications:

• Currently licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of practice required.
• Must hold and maintain a current CPR certification.
• License in good standing with the state, with no findings in the registry concerning abuse, neglect, or misappropriation of resident property.
