Key Responsibilities
  • Troubleshoot and Diagnose Service Problems: Identify and resolve issues with HVAC and refrigeration equipment to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Perform Routine Maintenance: Conduct regular inspections and maintenance tasks to prevent equipment failures and ensure smooth operation.
  • Install and Repair Equipment: Install new equipment and repair or replace existing units as needed to maintain a high level of service quality.
  • Ensure Quality Control: Verify the quality of dispensed products and perform quality control checks to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with Team Members: Work closely with other team members to achieve common goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent required; technical school degree or certification a plus. Minimum 5 years of experience in the HVAC&R industry, with a minimum of 5 years as a service technician.
  • Certifications and Licenses: EPA Certification Type 1 and Type 2 required; Universal EPA Certification preferred; Journeyman's license required.
  • Physical Demands: Must have a valid driver's license and be able to travel to and from stores and facilities.
