About the Position:

We are seeking an experienced floor maintenance technician to work with our team at Newbold Services, LLC. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic and be able to work independently or as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining floors through stripping, waxing, and buffing
  • Providing general carpet cleaning and extraction services
  • Ongoing cleaning duties as required

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required
  • 1-2 years of experience in floor maintenance is preferred
  • The ability to pass a drug screen and background check is necessary

Compensation and Benefits:

  • A competitive hourly rate of $13.50 per hour is offered
  • Weekly pay

Work Schedule:
