Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team on a per diem basis. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to achieve optimal patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and documenting patient information.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical and emotional needs, identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies to address them.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures that promote excellence in patient care.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field.
  • Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse and BLS certification required.
  • 3+ years of experience in Nursing or relevant area.
