**Job Highlights:**
- Estimated Salary: $78,000/year (competitive salary based on experience and qualifications)
- Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM (with flexible scheduling)
- Compensation: Competitive salary starting at $78,000/year
In this rewarding role, you will provide physical therapy services as prescribed by consumers' physicians, including evaluations, recommendations for purchasing equipment, creating treatment plans, completing progress reports, and daily documentation. You will also coordinate external equipment as needed, develop home exercise programs for long-term patients, and train restorative aides.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide physical therapy interventions using various equipment, such as SoloStep, Rifton Walker, Lite Gait, Aquatic Therapy, and Pressure Map System for Seating
- Conduct evaluations and assessments to identify areas for improvement
- Design and instruct home exercise programs for clients and direct care staff
- Prepare clinical treatment plans and progress notes for clients seen
**Requirements:**
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Licensure as a Physical Therapist
- Membership in the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) preferred
- 2+ years' experience with neurologically disabled or TBI populations preferred
